Scope and data controller
Inkwise is operated as a Turkish sole proprietorship under the legal name shown in the business information below. This policy applies to the Inkwise website, account flows, public profiles and workspace features that link to it.
The public business contact for privacy questions is contact@inkwise.app and +90 544 420 2766. Registered tax and identity details are maintained in the merchant records and must match the documents submitted to the payment provider. Statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
Information we may process
Depending on how you use Inkwise, the service may process the following categories:
- Account and authentication information, such as an email address and authentication state.
- Profile and workspace information, including public identity, links, portfolio content, workspace membership and settings you choose to provide.
- Customer inquiry information submitted through an artist or studio profile, such as contact details and the project information included in the request.
- Technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as device, browser, network and diagnostic signals.
Purposes and legal grounds
Information is used to create and secure accounts, provide workspace and public profile functionality, route inquiries, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, communicate about the service and comply with applicable legal obligations.
The applicable legal ground depends on the processing activity and may include performance of a contract, legitimate operational interests, compliance with law or consent where consent is required. The relevant notice shown at collection takes priority for that activity.
Authentication, hosting and service providers
Inkwise uses Supabase Auth for the authenticated account flow and relies on hosted application and database infrastructure to provide the service. These providers process information only as needed for the service, security and operational purposes for which they are engaged.
The website also includes Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights modules. Where enabled in production, these provide aggregate or technical measurement signals rather than a customer profile owned by Inkwise. Inkwise does not use these tools to request payment card details.
Payments
If a paid subscription flow is enabled, payment details are processed by the payment provider presented at checkout, such as iyzico. Inkwise should receive only the transaction and subscription information needed to activate access, reconcile the purchase and provide support; card numbers and security codes are not stored by Inkwise unless a separately documented architecture says otherwise.
Security and retention
Inkwise applies access controls, authenticated boundaries and database-level isolation appropriate to the service. No internet service can promise absolute security; suspected incidents should be reported through the configured public contact channel.
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and protect legitimate interests. The exact retention period depends on the type of information and the account or transaction context.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to learn whether personal data is processed, request information, correction, deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, and use other rights granted by Turkish data protection law. Requests are assessed according to the applicable procedure and identity may need to be verified.
Contact and updates
Use the public support contact configured in the business information for privacy questions or data subject requests. The contact page provides the current email route for these requests.
Inkwise may update this policy when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The version and effective date at the top of this page identify the current published text.
