Distance Sales Agreement

This public version describes the framework for a digital Inkwise subscription. The transaction-specific agreement must be generated or delivered at checkout with the values for the actual buyer, plan, price and date.

Parties and formation

The service provider is Muhammet Salih Güngörmez, operating under the Inkwise brand in Türkiye. The public contact channel is contact@inkwise.app and +90 544 420 2766. The buyer is the person or entity whose information is entered and confirmed during checkout. The transaction-specific agreement is formed electronically when the checkout flow records the buyer’s order and the provider accepts or confirms it according to the applicable flow.

Service description

The subject is access to the selected Inkwise digital workspace subscription. Depending on the plan actually offered, the service may include public profile, links, portfolio, inquiry, project, calendar, availability or workspace features that are shown before purchase. Features not shown in the applicable offer are not promised by this agreement.

Price and payment

The current total price, applicable taxes if any, currency and billing period must be displayed before the buyer submits the order. The current Turkish public offer is listed below; the applicable checkout offer controls if the selected currency or plan changes. Payment is processed by iyzico when it is the provider presented at checkout. Inkwise does not receive or store card security data merely because the transaction is reconciled in the Inkwise account.

  • Inkwise Plus — TRY 1,000 per month.
  • Inkwise Pro — TRY 2,000 per month.
  • Studio — TRY 4,000 per artist account per month.
  • Free plan — no payment required.

Electronic delivery and access

There is no physical delivery. Following confirmed payment, access is delivered electronically to the account or workspace identified in the transaction, subject to the plan and service conditions shown at checkout.

Subscription, renewal and cancellation

A recurring plan may be offered only if the checkout separately states the billing interval, renewal amount, renewal timing and cancellation route. The buyer must be able to review those values before payment. The current website does not yet expose an active recurring checkout, so no automatic renewal is promised by this static framework.

Refunds and statutory consumer rights

Refund conditions must be presented with the applicable offer and are subject to mandatory consumer law. This agreement does not create an unconditional refund promise and does not waive a right that cannot legally be waived, including any right that applies to the immediate performance of digital services.

Records, contact and disputes

The buyer should receive the transaction-specific agreement and pre-contract information through a durable medium or another legally compliant method. Questions, notices and disputes should be directed to the public business contact shown on the contact page, in the final published version and in the transaction record.

The competent consumer authorities and dispute-resolution route depend on the buyer’s status, location, transaction value and applicable law. Those details must be confirmed and populated in the checkout and final legal review.

Version and acceptance record

A future checkout should record separate acknowledgements for the privacy notice, the distance sales agreement and the required pre-contract information, together with the document key, version and effective date. A single generic “I accept everything” checkbox is not sufficient for this model.
